Dr. Árpád Vásárhelyi is not only a practising lawyer, but also active in the field of jurisprudence. His publications and research are in the fields of civil law, real estate law and international law, with particular emphasis on the interrelationship between the Hungarian and Italian legal systems. Dr. Árpád Vásárhelyi has more than 20 years of senior management experience in multinational companies.

His expertise includes legal issues related to foreign investors' investments in Hungary, legal advice and significant experience in M&A transactions. In addition, his practice also includes advising on the acquisition and leasing of real estate in Italy. He has specialised knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding and customs law.

He is a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest) and author of numerous publications on law, political science and logistics.

In 2012, the President of the Italian Republic, Giorgio Napolitano, awarded him the "Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy".

He works in Hungarian, English, German and Italian.

He is a member of the International Association of Italian Language Lawyers (Associazione Internazionale Giuristi di Lingua Italiana - AIGLI) (www.aigli.com) and of ÜGYVÉDKÖR - the National Professional Association of Lawyers (www.ugyvedkor.hu).

Andreidesz Tekla - Trainee lawyer

Andreidesz Tekla graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Szeged. During her studies, she showed a keen interest in energy law, economic law and competition law, areas in which she is currently actively involved within the firm.

As a trainee lawyer, she regularly participates in commercial and corporate law matters, as well as legal work related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A transactions). An important part of her work involves providing the legal framework necessary for foreign investors to establish themselves in Hungary, set up companies and operate.

In 2024, she obtained a professional qualification in energy law from the Energy Academy. Since autumn 2025, she will be a student of international and European commercial and investment law at the University of Szeged.

She works in Hungarian and English.
